Summary: The property had an off-putting odor, as did the refrigerator, which smelled like fish. Most of the furniture was somewhat rundown and not comfortable. There was a sheet pan full of grease in the oven. There was peeling paint in spots. On the plus side, the TV worked well, it was not hard to bring up hot water, water pressure was good, location was excellent.
