In order to use our capacities, we must prefer a corresponding number of people. Therefore, please make a non-binding request for a small number of people (less than 8 people and less than 3 nights) (please do not ask for a direct booking request). We will check immediately if we have the capacity and answer you as soon as possible.
Our prices:
Group house / holiday house: 26.- € / person / night, babies up to 1 year free
If possible and desired single supplement 5.- € p. P./night.
Final cleaning: 75 €, hire Bed linen: 7.- € / person once (but you are welcome to bring your own). Towels 3.- € Pets (after agreement) 6- € / N. For reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed in the sleeping area on the upper floor. Pets only by prior arrangement and commitment.
Additional offer:
For seminars and meetings is a quiet, large and beautiful seminar room upstairs available sofa bed, music system, natural wood floor, Berber carpets (about 80m ² on request)
There are generally only single occupancy with us, so that they remain undisturbed. Separate entrance is self-evident.
Leisure:
One can very well go hiking / walking and there are around a lot to see great things from us. (Externsteine, Silberbachtal, Velmerstot, Hermann Monument, Hexenbürgermeisterhaus, beautiful small towns in the area, restaurants about 3km away, swimming pools about 5km, forests to run etc.)
We are happy to provide advice. The nearest supermarket is 3km away ..
We are a Non smoking home. In the house we ask to wear slippers. Drinks can be made to order at reasonable prices also buy in our house, so you have to carry anything. (Pre-order required)

Our 1609 as one of the oldest houses in the village built property is located at the edge of a small village in the beautiful "Lipperland" with convenient connections in all directions. There is a great wealth of leisure opportunities in the surrounding area, such as swimming pools, forests, trails, old towns, castles and pilgrimage routes, cycling trails "to unwind time" a lot of space to.
Only a few minutes drive away the famous "Herrmannsdenkmal", the Externsteine, the climbing park, the Schiederstausee, the Detmolder castle, the old artist town Schwalenberg and great other old cities in which of course there are also good restaurants.
