Spacious and Charming . Your Lafayette pied-a-tier is located on the main level of an updated 100 + year old historical home.
Immaculate, with large comfortable living room, and a great open kitchen with lots of work space and a full set of tri-ply cookware. Luxuriate in the huge king size bed and updated bath with carrera marble and an oversized double-headed step in shower. Comfy bath sheets, body wash and shampoo all included. Don't forget to enjoy the rocking chairs, large covered front porch and wave to the locals who stop by to peruse the offerings in the "Little Free Library" in front of the house.
***IMPORTANT*** Our good friend Erika an avid gardener who maintains the beautiful yard lives upstairs in an apartment with a separate entrance. She works from home in finance and is very quiet. You may hear some water running ( not loud) upstairs, or Erika as she leaves her apartment ( also not loud). She does have acess to the laundry room which is in a common portion of the house in the basement. There is a sliding door to the basement at the back of the kitchen which can be closed and latched, to ensure your privacy.
This space is the perfect for two responsible humans
On street parking just in front of the home. You are welcome to use the fenced rear yard, do a walking meditation at the labyrinth and enjoy the front porch. Laundry facilities are included.
We do have an owners closet in the master bedroom which is locked

Fantastic neighborhood where you'll find an array of shops and restaurants. Cannon Mine Coffee, Community, and The Post Brewing Co. are all within walking distance if you don't feel like cooking!
For a breath of fresh air, make your way to Waneka Lake Park for a leisurely stroll or bike ride. Other local attractions include the Colorado National Golf Club, summer farmers market, and Flatiron Crossing. There's also a community rec center nearby with a pool, fitness center, and tennis courts.
If you want to venture further, the local bus stop is super close with lines to Denver, Boulder, Denver International Airport, and Eldora Ski Area! Boulder is the perfect place to spend the day perusing Pearl Street, catch a game at the University of Colorado, or hike at Chautauqua Park!
