Positive: I liked the place overall. It was very spacious and very clean.
Negative: It took me 15 mins to get into the home because the hostess would not answer the phone. I called him 4 or 5 times and instead of answering he continued to text. We were standing out with alot of luggage and a male friend waited with us to make sure we got in safe due to the area not being too safe. I also had no hot water basically the first 48 hrs. I messaged the host at 830am the day after I got there letting him know, and maintenance didn't show up until about 615pm that night. We were late meeting friends because I was not able to shower and get ready in my bathroom. We were also given the wrong wifi so we didn't have wifi until the maintenance man helped us. I asked the hostess what he could do to compensate for the inconvenience and he literally never even texted back. That was very unprofessional to me and he never once apologized for the problems I experienced.
Summary: Cheap stay, but bad area and bad communication from Host
