Summary: I'm excited to leave the first review for this rental! My partner and our two year old son spent three nights here on our way up to the UP, and couldn't have enjoyed the property more. The cabin is incredibly clean, cozy, and quaint. We could tell a lot of thought was put into it by the owner. The deck being almost over the lake and providing a wonderful view and sitting area was my favorite part. We also enjoyed the firepit and the fact that you could be sitting at the fire and have a view of the lake. We did some fishing from the pier and caught some bullhead and panfish. My son and I also spent the better part of an afternoon swinging in a hammock and watching the eagles who were nesting just adjacent to the property. No joke the eagle viewing here was amazing. A few important things to note: -Shower was hot and soap/shampoo/conditioner are provided. Towels were clean. -We did use the A/C for one day, and it worked great. -Beds were very comfortable. -Internet worked great (I had to work a little bit and even took a Zoom call from the deck with no issues). -Proximity to Minocqua was great (like 10-15 minute drive). The only thing I think it's worth pointing out in this review is that the south side of the property is fairly open to another rental, so you'll see them a little bit especially on the driveway and down by the pier. But it's much more private on the deck. Tracy was wonderful in terms of communications, and we would certainly stay here again!
