Summary: This home is all that it is advertised to be - conveniently located in Rochester, close to all areas of interest including downtown and colleges. Easy access from the highway and close to shopping and supplies. The kitchen is well supplied with everything you need to relax and cook at home. The furniture is comfortable. Lovely neighborhood. And loved how readily the owner communicated with me and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend!
