FURRY FRIENDS
- Prior approval is required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $200/stay for the first pet, and $100/stay for each additional pet after that.
- Must be fully house-trained.
- Must be completely cleaned up after.
- Leashed at all times when not in a fenced area.
- Crated indoors when not home with the pet.
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made.
- Not allowed on indoor furniture, bedding, or in the pool.
KINDLY NOTE
- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (one Ring doorbell located at the front door, one on the left side of the garage, and one on the left side of the house). No inside cameras.
- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, they only monitor decibels.
- The heated pool feature is available for an extra $20/night or $400/month (offered from October till May)
- Pool settings are all scheduled. When booked, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however, pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- Safety features: fire extinguisher, smoke detector, first aid kit.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund.
