Small house that feels large with lots of seating areas to relax and read a book or take a cat nap. This house has panoramic views up and down the river with a completely new kitchen and new bathrooms. Enjoy the sunrise over the river with all new windows across the backside of the house. Bring your boat as the public boat dock is adjacent to the property or just enjoy watching the boat traffic go by and waving to the friendly boaters. The house is in a perfect location on 1st Street near small parks and the public library and dock. There is a large front porch on the street side where you can sit and watch the many walkers and runners using the bike path.
On the river side of the house there is an open back yard with a picnic table and a small fire pit for fires.
