Lyne Cottage is a late 1800's stone built cottage which has been sympathetically renovated. The cottage comprises of an entrance hall, leading to bedroom, shower room and open plan living/ kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a double wardrobe, providing plenty hanging space for guests staying that bit longer. The bedroom has double height ceilings with exposed oak beams, providing a light airy feel to the room .
The modern luxury shower room has a double walk in shower tray with rain can shower. The shower room is fitted with a mist free mirror and heated towel rail and storage cabinet.
Complementary Molton Brown toiletries are provided for all our guests.
The living area has an original stone fireplace with a wood burning stove which is a main focal point of the room . The double height ceilings with roof light windows creates bright open space.
The open plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped with intergrated appliances such as Dishwasher, oven/ hob microwave and washer / dryer , spacious fridge, wine cooler and Nespresso coffee machine (pods will be provided for guests) plenty of pots /pans dishes and crockery are also provided for those who enjoy doing a spot of cooking on hoilday. There is a dining table that can easily seat 4 comfortably.
The wood burning stove is a perfect complement to an evening. (An initial supply of logs will be provided for guests)
The living area there is a large leather sofa bed that easily pulls out and can easily sleep two adults or two children comfortably. Bed linen and towels with be provided. There is Sky stream TV/ Netflix, and Wi-Fi is also provided.
To the front of the cottage there is a small south facing garden with table and chairs perfect for sitting out enjoying the amazing open views of the Borders countryside and to enjoy a glass of wine and your favourite book, a perfect setting for a summer evening.
There is a parking space to the front of the property, giving easy access .
