Also including bottled water, coffee, Tea, basic kitchen spices and needs, Has a full size front loader washer & dryer in the laundry room. Single car carport, Provided a small Weber grill.
located within walking distance of many Mascoutah shops & restaurants. 20 to 25 minutes from down town St Louis. Metro link is 7 miles away located at Scott Air force base, or SWIC. very close to the public pool and Scheve park.
Neighborhood is pretty quiet, very pleasant neighbors, I had lived in Mascoutah since 2010, Very nice town with many events fundraisers, 5k walks, all kinds of things going on through out the year, Nice big park for all to enjoy even your fur babies, nice little dog park available.

metro bus stop is two blocks away located on 6th st, or Uber services is available in the area, might have a little longer wait then in the big cities.

Summary: The Cozy Corner is a true gem! The home is super comfortable, exceptionally clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is stocked with everything you could need and the property manager, Susan, was very responsive. The house is down the street from a school and park which provided a nice place to walk the dogs. This home was just what we needed to recharge during a long, cross-country drive.
