The Space:
Cozy Canyon Rim Apartment is located in a very safe neighborhood in the East Millcreek area, in south of Salt Lake. it is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. The actual property is a triplex which has three separate and private apartments within.
The apartment consists of one bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom, a nice size kitchen, along with a comfy living room area which includes a desk and chair in case you need to work remotely, internet is provided.
There is a Smart Television in the unit that can be used to stream any company you may have an account with, eg, Roku, Netflix, Disney, Hulu, etc there is also an antenna installed so you can watch local channels too.
The private entrance to the apartment is down about ten steps, which then puts you on the same level as the backyard. You have access to the back yard through the bedrooms sliding patio doors. The apartment is all on one level.
We welcome a maximum of two dogs, up to 60lbs each, to stay at the apartment, there is a pet fee which is calculated on a case by case basis, so please message us and tell us more about your dogs. The pet fee request will then be sent to you the day of your arrival. Sorry no cats are allowed.
There is a large fully fenced in backyard for your use, and any other guests staying. The property is nestled off the road by about 70 feet.
One free designated parking space is available on the driveway.
