There are so many hiking/biking trails, a bird sanctuary, beautiful parks and you are a 15 minute drive from Hoover dam with spectacular views of Lake Mead. There is high speed internet and cable. Valet trash. 24/7 Pool & Hot tub. Gym. Several outdoor areas to gather for cooking or hanging out. Washer/Dryer in unit and a dishwasher. Smoking allowed on the balcony. This is a quiet gated community. All the comforts of home welcome you to Nevada. I prefer long term rentals but am flexible. Summary: The accommodation itself is very well kept and I'm very impressed with the amenities and cost. Staying in the apartment for nearly 3 months wasn't a chore at all. Kristina clearly takes pride in the apartment and was very kind and hospitable. Really couldn't have impressed me more. The location is a little far out but with a car it's not hard at all to get around. There's ample parking at the apartment. Overall, a very pleasurable ~3 months
