The space
Welcome to an absolute PERFECT location for a vacation. AMAZING In-Ground Pool oasis with recently added full privacy fence. Newly remodeled 4 BR 2 Bath home.
The main floor has a king bedroom, queen bedroom, full bathroom, completely furnished kitchen, living room with smart Fire TV and dining room. The finished walkout basement has a queen bedroom that leads into a bunkbed room with a full and twin bed. Also downstairs is another smart Amazon Fire TV in front of a L shaped sectional, a kitchenette with a second refrigerator with freezer, microwave and bar sink, another full bathroom, as well as the laundry room which guests have access to.
The home is located in the quiet, family friendly neighborhood of Holly Hills, south of downtown. It is 15-25 minutes from most major St. Louis attractions: Busch Stadium, City Museum, Budweiser Brewery, Zoo (free!), Union Station/Aquarium.
So many great resources for you with-in 1 block. Walgreens, Self serve ice station, Aldi grocery store, Royal Liquors (massive liquor/craft beer store) literally all LESS than a block away.
