Cozy three-bedroom cottage with all the comforts of home. Walking/Biking distance away from West Orange Trail and the Historic Downtown Winter Garden featuring a thriving arts and culture scene and bustling historic downtown with upscale eateries, unique shops, parks, nightlife, and museums. all within a 20-to-30-minute drive to Downtown Orlando, International drive, Disney and Universal attractions.
The home is fully furnished with 3 Bedrooms containing 2 Queen and 1 King Bed. Each with Closets and at least one Dresser for Storage.
2 full Bathrooms. Master has walk in Shower, Main Bathroom Tub/Shower combination. Shampoo, Conditioner, and body wash supplied for each bathroom. Full Complement of towels provided as well.
Equipped Kitchen with all necessary appliances. refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher. Home also includes George Forman Grill and Coffee maker as well. Coffee is also provided. Full collection of Dishware and utensils large enough to accommodate a meal for 6 people. Separate dining Room with seating for 6 People.
Living room includes Sofa and chairs allowing for a cozy place to sit and relax. Cable TV and Wifi which are included with visit. You will be able to access you Netflix account on smart TV.
Private Parking for 2 cars in Driveway. Public Parking on side street across street. Front porch with chairs. Private fenced in back porch.
