(Basic beach supplies provided.) 5 mins from Blake Hospital. 10 mins from downtown and the fabulous Bradenton Riverwalk. Close to great shopping and restaurants! 1 mile from Warner's Bayou Boat Ramp. Boat parking available on premise. One car garage available for guest use, as well as plenty of driveway parking. There's even room for your boat! Look for the house with the yellow door! Beach themed house with lots of natural sunlight. Very bright and airy. Plenty of free parking. King bed in the master. Pack N Play available for baby. Spacious private fenced in backyard with cozy screened in porch. Enjoy the gorgeous weather while you grill up some yummies on the propane BBQ. Includes fully equipped kitchen, games, washer/dryer, WiFi, Roku TV's.
Newly updated, TV's in each bedroom, bedside lamps with USB ports. Please note there is a shower but no bathtub. Washer/dryer located in the garage. Fully equipped for a long term stay! Very close to several hospitals so ideal for travel nurses or other traveling professionals. NOTE: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Hand soap, dish soap, several trash bags, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and bath essentials; however, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need.
