Cozy two-bedroom cottage located in Little Pamet Condominiums is a sweet spot for a Cape Cod getaway. Nestled in a wooded area, this single-story, free-standing cottage is just a short drive to all of Truro's best beaches and attractions. Recent updates to bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom.

Enter a nicely-equipped galley kitchen with electric range, microwave and coffee bar with drip coffeemaker and Keurig K-Cafe (single-serve coffees, lattes and cappuccinos--hot or iced). Just beyond the kitchen is the open living room with vaulted ceiling. The living room has two lounge chairs and a flat screen TV with cable (stream additional content with your own accounts). There is also a high top dining table with seating for four. Just off the living room is a separate pantry with two refrigerator/freezers.
The cottage has a board games and a library featuring over 100+ books about Cape Cod and nautical history.
There are two bedrooms--each with a full (double bed) and a ductless mini-split air conditioning unit (cooling and heat).
There is a bathroom with a stall shower off the kitchen.
Please note: Open loft in living room is not for tenant use (not accessible).
Relax and unwind on the pea gravel patio with privacy fence, four Adirondack chairs, gas grill and unenclosed outdoor shower/rinsing station at the back of the cottage. Dine out at the picnic table at the other side.
Bring your bikes and ride to Corn Hill Beach on the bayside--11-minute bike ride (1.9 mi).
Short drive to all the best of Truro including ocean and bay beaches, restaurants and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.

Whale watch, shopping at P-Town, 4th of July fireworks, too many beaches to count, biking, restaurants, mini golf and more. This house had a great location and lovely peace and quiet.
