The grounds are fully enclosed with access via an electric gate and providing plenty of room for parking. Cowslip Kabyn features one double bedroom, shower room/WC and an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with a 4 foot sofa bed. The front of the cabin features a large sun deck with seating overlooking the gardens and adjacent fields/horse paddock.

Summary: We had a lovely stay! The property was exactly what we needed, was family friendly, well located, and interaction with Peter was always very helpful/positive. On location, we had lots of green space safe for the kids to play in, we were really well located for amenities in Hayle, Carbis Bay, and St Ives. We also had miles of beautiful coastlines, wonderful beaches, and lots of walks to choose from. Our only criticism is that quite a few of the plates, pans, and cutlery items appear to have been left dirty (presumably by the previous occupants) and this necessitated a bit of unexpected cleaning. However, this is relatively minor (there is a dishwasher too), we wish we had booked a longer stay and would definitely go back.
