Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Breakfast was good. Airport shuttle was good.
Negative: Housekeeping doesn’t clean the room daily. They don’t even refresh towels or provide new water. The bathroom drain was clogged. The elevator is in poor condition. Although I paid in advance before check-in, I was still asked for payment and kept waiting unnecessarily.
Summary: I don't plan to stay again here.
