You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
1. Parties and events are allowed, but the guest must collect the garbage and leave the property in order. Failure to do so will result in a fine of $5,000 mxn, plus damage to the house.
2. The number of guests cannot vary from that indicated in the reservation. * Extra charge will be made for additional person (500 mxn per night per person)
3. Pets are allowed. A deposit of $1,500 mxn will be charged, it will be returned at the end of the stay if everything is in order. If you introduce a pet without informing the host, $1,500 mxn per pet will be charged.
4. Pets are not allowed on furniture and beds. Approximately $1,500 mxn will be charged for cleaning furniture or beds.
5. If keys are lost, there will be an extra charge of $500 mxn per set of keys, plus $8,000 mxn for changing locks.
6. An extra charge will be made for each piece of decoration or plant that is broken or lost. An approximate of the object will be charged.
7. Extra charge will be made for dirtying the furniture, burning or destroying it. An approximate amount of the furniture will be charged. Take care of them as if they were your own.
8. It is not allowed to smoke inside the house, nor to consume drugs or narcotics of any kind. * A fine of $5,000 mxn will be made.
9. Do not use towels to dry the floor, you will be provided one cloth per bathroom. *The destruction or damage or loss to them will be charged an extra charge.
10. You cannot take liquid soap from the bathrooms and kitchen. Extra will be charged for loss. Take care of them, it's for everyone.

13. Avoid touching plants, flowers, animals and insects. We are in a place where there is still wildlife, so we recommend you not to touch them for your safety. We are not responsible for the mistreatment of animals, if you don't touch them they won't hurt you.
14. It is forbidden to move chairs, furniture, tables... etc. from inside to outside. A fine of $5,000 mxn will be charged.
15. Please place the grill in the assigned place, if you change it and dirty the area an extra cleaning of $1,000 will be charged; due to excess fat on the ground.
16. If necessary, an extra cleaning fee of $1,350 will be charged for leaving too much dirt.
17. Body towels are left for the number of guests in the reservation plus 3 hand towels. If missing, a lost towel will be charged $300 mxn.
18. The heated pool (heat pump) has an extra cost of $1,000 mxn per night, it is paid in cash when you arrive at the house.
