The barn apartment is 850SF and has an adjoining shop that is not included in the rental and may be accessed by the property owner at times. There are a few trails in nearby woods for exploring or meditating but be careful not to cross fences or lose your direction! Lastly, there are penned chickens and a crowing rooster on this property.
