The population of Pollara, where is located the house, there is a summer bar, two restaurants and the Church .While shops, supermarket, bank, health service, pharmacy and altrosi located at a distance of 5 km in the village of Malfa. A bus service connects with Pollara Malfa and other municipalities of Santa Marina Salina and Leni with its ports.
