There is a renovated traditional style cottage, and a more modern house conversion, offered together providing accommodation perfect for a larger group, or for couples/small families holidaying together but also wanting their own living/kitchen facilities, yet with space to all eat together. In fact each property is independently equipped but there is also a fully equipped kitchen area under the loggia at the cottage to ensure ease of eating together, and there is a further area beside games area which has BBQ, wood oven and a sink for when you wish to cook fully outside.

Situated on the far edge of the historic village of Gragnanella, just a 5 min drive from the market town of Castelnuovo and 1 hour from the mediaeval walled city of Lucca. The beautiful town of Barga is a 20 minute drive too . This is a pretty village, with no facilities, but Castelnuovo Which is a 5 min drive has bars, restaurants, shops, famous Thursday morning market and to train station for easy exploring.
Despite the village location, there is full privacy at the house and wonderful views over the countryside.
The cottage is a 90 min drive from Pisa and around 1 hr 45 mins from Pisa.
