The house (suitable for 2 / 3 people) is on the ground floor with own entrance in an old house over 200 years old, built in typical Canarian style. Apart from the sea which is within 50 meters of the house has magnificent views over the banana and the mountains. A 100 meters is a large swimming pool with seawater, and a small beach where you can swim all year round. Around a courtyard filled with tropical plants and palm trees are grouped: A living / dining room (20 m²) with open kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, 2 hotplates, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine and a spacious bedroom (21 m²) with double bed (2x1. 60m) and bathroom with shower.
