It is located in the southwest, Midi-Pyrenees, Brens, Tarn -81-, in the Gaillac vineyards in the land of country houses, 15 minutes from Albi Episcopal -cité World Heritage of Unesco-20mn medieval city of Cordes elected most beautiful village of France in 2014, 35 minutes from Toulouse and Montauban. House adjoining owners in a countryside environment, quiet, with indoor swimming pool (open from May to October) and fenced 100m2, 500m from the Tarn. This accommodation (about 40m2) on 2 levels includes: Au RdeCh: bathroom with shower, toilet, kitchenette with hotplates, microwave multifunction, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, iron and ironing board , Living room with sofa, table, chairs, TV with Freeview, DVD, mini stereo, WiFi internet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with bed 140, 1 wardrobe, 1 office and 1 bedroom (2 people maximum) with pull-out beds (sleeps: 1 bed 1 person or 2 beds 1 person or 1 bed 2 people), 1 wardrobe closet , 1 dresser, 1 TV, air conditioning. Private enclosed garden. South-facing terrace, garden furniture, sun, sun, barbecue, swimming pool 5x10 with shelter. Private parking.
