The Space
This apartment, on 20th floor of a 80's building, is overlooking the former French Concession, located on hengshan road, across the metro station L1, shops and most popular restaurants and bars.
The interior is beautifully designed, and fully renovated with wooden floor, large "shanghainese design" windows.
Perfect for a couple or up to 3 guests (with an extra bed), the apartment has everything you need, including hi-speed internet, TV, DVD player and lost of DVD, washing machine & dryer, kitchen appliances, utensils and toiletries.
The apartment is organized as follow:
1 open kitchen (gaz cocker, oven, microwave, washing machine)
1 living room, (sofa, TV, internet, apple TV, cable tv)
1 dining room (table, 4 chairs over looking shanghai sunset)
1 bedroom (bed: 160x200cm)
1 bathroom (Shower room, toilets, Large mirror and washbasin)
With a brand new Central heating system with 4 heaters (living room, dining room, bedroom and bathroom) and 2 brand new air conditioning (living room, bedroom) you will be confortable all year long, the apartment is very quiet, with double glazed windows, on the 20th floor, with 2 elevators and also very bright with large windows facing south west for lovely sunset over Shanghai skyline.
All equipments and appliances are new (June 2014)
