Completely self contained recently converted annex attached to owners barn, non smoking with private garden and driveway. Set in a rural location on our smallholding just a mile outside St Teath, with excellent access to the North Cornwall Coast and Bodmin Moor. This is a very convenient location for visiting many of Cornwall's attractions as Polzeath, Rock, Port Isaac, Tintagel, Boscastle St Breward and Blisland are all within a 20 minute drive.
A large hallway with slate floor is handy for bikes, boards ,golf clubs, walking boots etc.
Peaceful location with minimal light pollution so star gazers will love being able to study the night sky. The Barn is equipped with a great walk in shower and electric heating so you have the best of both modern conveniences in a high ceiling traditional barn.

Summary: Had a brilliant stay at the barn annex. Location was central to exploring Cornwall. The annex had everything we needed and was peaceful and comfortable. Easy communication with Michelle and checkin super easy. Would definitely stay again.
