Arrivals after 19:00h until 21:00h are subject to an extra charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest when handing over the keys. Arrivals after 21:00h until 00:00h are subject to a surcharge of 35€ to be paid by the guest when the keys are handed over. THERE IS NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE AUTOCHECKIN. Early checkin - Late checkout available at no extra cost, subject to availability in the flat. CHECKIN UNTIL 00:00H GUARANTEED. Check AVAILABILITY OF CHECKIN from 00:00h onwards.

The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of loss of keys or forgetfulness inside the apartment (150 € to be paid to the locksmith prior to the opening of the apartment).

Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities.

Beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation.
It is not allowed to accommodate more people than those indicated when making the reservation.

Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the apartment.

Please take out the garbage every day, with special care in the summer months. There are garbage cans on the street for this purpose.

Leave the house picked up before your departure.
