As of June 2018, brand new out of a complete interior renovation, this 3br/2ba upstairs apartment is sleek and modern and only four houses walking distance from public beach access. Fifty steps to the sand and sea, and outfitted with finer touches for our Guests' comfort and enjoyment.You cannot beat the location and convenience of Cool Vibes.Steps to numerous beach accesses, Publix shopping center and restaurants one block away! Beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and all new appliances, including wine chiller. Both bathrooms recently renovated from top to bottom ! You will love the gorgeous touches! A small well behaved and friendly dog may be possible with prior permission and additional pet fee. Please contact us with the specifics if you will be traveling with a furry family member. The Owners have outfitted this beach getaway with Guests' comfort in mind. Wireless internet and TVS with cable in living room and all bedrooms. If there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, please let us know! "Cool Vibes" is a 3br/2ba upstairs apartment with nice second story deck with gas BBQ grill and table/chairs for eating al fresco, or just relaxing and soaking up some Florida sun and salt air. I am only a phone call away and can be there in 15 minutes if need be! Other things to note: Regular coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker for our Guest's and panel showers in each bathroom ! Shared laundry room and back yard (with separate apartment located below).
