Located in Merida, the original heart of the Mayan civilization, now the cultural and art center of the Yucatan Peninsula. It boasts excellent restaurants, art galleries, museums, theatre, a world class symphony and a rich 500 year history of Spanish, French, Portuguese and Lebanese influence. It's steps away from Parque Santa Lucia where you can find excellent dining and very close to the new gastronomic corridor - home to some of the best restaurants in the city. Also close to the beaches on the Gulf of Mexico (25 miles) and several Mayan ruins including Chichen Itza, a world heritage site. The house has 20 foot ceilings with a living room (with a pull-out couch), 2 bedrooms and very large gourmet kitchen that opens out to a terrace and private pool. The second floor has the primary bedroom with luxury ensuite and two terraces. All rooms feature natural ventilation and light as well as air conditioning in the primary and main floor bedroom.

Summary: The property is stunning. Luz, Santiago and Sergio were great to work with during our stay. Comminication is great! The outdoor space is our favorite. The pool is a little cold but didnt takeaway from this beautiful property. The location is perfect to many great restaurants
