Coral Bay Villa is the 2nd-floor North unit of the Island Soul 4-plex on Indian Bay. These units were completed in 2023 and are right in the middle of Dauphin Island, close to everything. The unit includes a wet boat slip and spectacular views of Indian Bay. You are a short walk to the Dauphin Island Fishing Rodeo and Lighthouse Bakery, as well as many other businesses close by. The public beach is just 1.3 miles away.
The unit is tastefully furnished and ideal for a small family or group. The living room overlooks Indian Bay and opens up to the Kitchen and Dining Areas, with vaulted ceilings providing great light and space. The hallway connecting the main living area and the King Suite also includes two built-in twin bunks. Come to this gorgeous condo and enjoy a unique Dauphin Island Experience.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.

Summary: We have family that lives on the island and we came down along with other family from all over the country to visit and see the Madi gras parade. We loved our rental! The location was great because it was only a couple houses down from our family. It was very clean and had all the amenities that we wanted and was promised in the listing. It was extremely cold while we were there so we couldn't enjoy the outside spaces unfortunately. We definitely plan on coming back!
