2 Bedroom Condo in McGregor, Fort Myers
After a top-to-bottom renovation after Ian, our condo is BACK BETTER THAN EVER!
Completely new kitchen, appliances, lighting, flooring, painting, and furniture. It is SCRUMPTIOUS! We took the "lemon" of Ian and turned it into the lemonade of a beautifully updated condo. And, since I can never do anything "cheap," it is GORGEOUS.
For 2024, our condo will be available to 1 "snowbird" for rental, starting earlyJanuary or February 1, 2024 through mid/end of April, 2024 (or longer). The main requirement is a minimum of a 2-month rental.
Again - we do not rent by week or by month - just to one renter who wants to spend at least 2 months (preferably 2.5 or 3 months) in Ft Myers in the winter. This reflects condo bylaws - they don't want people coming and going every week throughout the development.

--Newly renovated condo in Caloosa Bayview Yacht and Racquet Club.
--2 bedroom/2 bath condo that is NOT a high-rise.
-- One level ground floor spacious floor plan with lanai. Here are the highlights:
CONDO FEATURES
---Excellent for seniors because there are no steps.
---Screened in Lanai with brand new furniture and a canal water view and towering trees. Charcoal Grill in back.
---Front courtyard is private and a nice walk in.- a good place if you bring bikes or kayak.
---1 Covered parking spot, so car is not hot or wet when you get in and out.
---Master Bedroom with King size bed, nice pillow top mattress, ceiling fan for great airflow- a gorgeous bedroom set. MB has large flat screen TV with cable.
---Master Bath has a step down shower (see pictures).
-- 2nd Bedroom can sleep 3, if need be. It has 1 Queen bed and 1 Twin Bed also with ceiling fan. Very nice furniture.
-- 2nd bathroom has tub/shower combo, marble floors and walls, all new vanity and cool nautical rope framed mirror!
---Main living area is very large with open floor plan, including living room, dining area, kitchen, and lanai all connected. You will feel like you are in a large home with this room - not cooped up in narrow high rise. It has dining table that seats 6. Living area has brand new seating with upscale bright and modern flair. It also has a large screen TV with cable.
---All BRAND NEW modern kitchen - it's a beauty with gorgeous blue island- and is open to the living and eating area - makes visiting and serving so easy!
---Light colored wood flooring
---Washer Dryer - stacked.
---Big-screen HDTV with cable in family room
---Big screen HDTV with cable in master bedroom
— Large walk-in closet in each bedroom.

---20 minutes to Sanibel (a favorite!), 20 minutes to Ft. Myers Beach, 15 minutes to downtown Ft Myers.
---Close to daily necessities: Publix grocery, CVS pharmacy, Walmart, restaurants including Italian, Chinese, First Watch, The Prawnbroker for seafood and fresh fish market, and lots more.
---The Thomas Edison Winter Home is 4 miles down McGregor.
