El acceso al condominio es por el lobby, no es necesario acercarse al front desk, puede pasar directamente al área de elevadores. Le daremos un código el día de su llegada para que pueda acceder. Por favor use el mismo código durante su estancia. El mismo código cierra la puerta principal.
También puede presionar el botón "YALE" para cerrar la puerta.

Contamos con un botiquín de primeros auxilios en el área de alacena en cocina.
Alberca:
Las instalaciones cuentan con 2 albercas y 2 jacuzzis compartido con los huéspedes de otros condominios.
Cancha de tenis y pickle ball
Asador:
Son 4 asadores (2 lado derecho y 2 lado izquierdo primer piso, en el área de estacionamiento)
Se debe informar al administrador que se hará uso del asador.
Basura:
Antes de salir del condominio, asegúrese de sacar la basura correctamente utilizando las bolsas de basura ubicadas en el gabinete debajo del sink de la cocina.
Saque las bolsas al pasillo por la mañana hasta las 5pm, después de las 5pm no debe sacar basura porque el servicio de limpieza ya no la recoge.
Basura de cajas o cosas grandes se lleva hasta el área de contenedor.
Mascotas:
Este es un alojamiento que admite mascotas. Nos encantan los animales, pero agradecemos su cooperación con las siguientes reglas:
· Las mascotas deben estar siempre con correa, no está permitido tener mascotas sin correa.
Si la administración de Playa Blanca nos reporta que su mascota está sin correa nos cobraran una multa de $50 usd por este motivo y se la cargaremos a su cuenta.
· Le solicitamos amablemente que no deje a las mascotas libremente desatendidas en el condominio. Usted es responsable por cualquier daño durante su estadía.
Se le cobrará una tarifa de limpieza adicional si no cumple con esto.
Reglas del condominio:
-Sea respetuoso con este condominio y con los vecinos. Playa Blanca es un hotel y condominios tranquilos y como tal, exigimos que los huéspedes eviten la música a todo volumen, las fiestas nocturnas y la organización de grupos grandes. Si recibimos una queja de ruido, tendremos que contactar al administrador de Playa Blanca.
-En una segunda queja de ruido, será desalojado.
-No fumar dentro del condominio. Si nuestro personal de limpieza detectara olor a cigarro dentro del condominio, se le cobrará $300 usd. El olor del cigarro perjudica a los próximos invitados. Si fuma, debe hacerlo afuera, y asegúrese de tener un cenicero (con agua para evitar posibles incendios).
- Check Out:
El check out es a las 11:00 am (nuestro equipo de limpieza llega 15 minutos después de la hora del check out). Favor de informarme con anticipación si necesita realizar el check out más tarde, haré lo posible por resolverlo.
