Summary: This condo is in a beautifully maintained, gated community. The condo itself has all the comforts and is quiet. A pool with 2 hot tubs and a fitness center along with a lighted tennis court are a short walk. There are numerous restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The location is close to many hiking trails in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. There is close access to Rt 101 so you can reach many points in Scottsdale and Phoenix easily.
