Summary: 1) Long steep stairs to room. No lift 2) Room does not reflect quality displayed in photos shown 3) no insulation to block foot noise or talking 4) front desk non existent, halls pitch dark, can’t see to turn on lights 5) floor with hair, filth, dirt and on also molding 6) bed just a mattress on a old water bed frame 7) towels old and tattered possible bacteria growth 8) cracks in shower floor and around toilet missing grout and material = bacteria? 9) outside street is just an alley way. Cab driver never heard of the place, couldn’t find the place. If we had known of conditions beforehand I would have cancelled and made other reservations elsewhere.1st time Expedia did not reflect ratings given in reviews. This place was not close to even one star. We were in shock for three days! Lodging is not commensurate to the price paid or shown in Expedia photos. Deceiving and mislead customers.
