3 Bedroom House in Isle of Palms, Jacksonville Beach

Just listed!! 3 bedroom 2 bath pool home. Only 1 mile from Mayo and 3 miles from Jacksonville Beach. The home is all one level. The kitchen was just remodeled with all new appliances. 2 living rooms. All bedrooms have smart TV's with cable in living rooms and primary bedroom. Large covered porch. New tiki bar with ac, mini fridge, couch, tv for streaming, and bar seating. Gas BBQ grill and many pool/beach items provided. Just one house away from Isle of Palms park.
Queen air mattress located in main bedroom closet.
POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
