Can Tanith is a spacious, detached and fully furnished Spanish holiday villa on the Costa Dorada, located in a quiet suburb of L'Ampolla, 1200 meters from the beach, village center and the National Park of the Ebrodelta. The fully fenced garden of approximately 2500 m2 offers ample parking and play facilities, privacy and shade under palm, mulberry, olive and citrus trees.
The house, 200 m2, is equipped for 8 people and has five bedrooms, four of which have their own access to a terrace or balcony.
Four bedrooms are on the first floor and the spacious terraces offer panoramic views of the village, the sea, the Ebrodelta or the hills in the hinterland. One bedroom is on the ground floor and has its own exit to the terrace and garden.
The house has two bathrooms, one with a bath, shower, toilet, sink on the first floor. The second with shower, toilet and sink on the ground floor.
On the ground floor there is also a modern furnished living room with open kitchen, bar, satellite TV, free WiFi and a wood-burning stove. A trastero (utility room) with washing machine, central heating system, safe and pantry. And a conservatory with aluminum sash windows and mosquito nets.
The swimming pool, newly constructed in 2018 and measuring four by eight meters, is equipped with LED lighting and a maximum of 1.60 meters deep.
There is a large, illuminated terrace in front of the house, equipped with awnings. Here you will also find the fixed barbecue and the Ibiza-style outdoor kitchen. With a long rustic dining table, this is the place for al-fresco dinners with the whole family.
Can Thanit is the ideal base for a holiday with sun, sea, child-friendly sandy beaches and discovery hikes in the hinterland, cultural trips to Valencia, Tarragona and Barcelona, or expeditions, walking, cycling or canoe through the Ebrodelta, one of the most important wetlands of Spain and a breeding and stopping place for tens of thousands of water birds, including a large colony of pink flamingos.
Guests have free access to three mountain bikes for trips to the village, beach or Delta.
L'Ampolla is a relatively authentic fishing port with little to no mass tourism, a family resort that in the summer mainly attracts Spanish and French guests. In spring and autumn a meeting place for birdwatchers who can find a wide variety of species in the nearby Delta and Els Ports mountains. There is a wide selection of affordable to very good restaurants in the area. L'Ampolla has excellent own mussel and oyster beds.
