Basic provisions include plunger coffee, a selection of teas, fresh bread, oats & muesli, home made jams and treats, milk, sugar & butter etc. The fabulous bathroom with huge sunken bath and underfloor heating in the cooler months is across an enclosed verandah.
The verandah overlooks a large backyard with pool and garden beds full of fruit bearing and flowering trees and mass tropical plantings.
The entire space is connected to solid old weatherboard home in good order and is private with its own entrance and parking at the gate.
