3 Bedroom Cottage in Ogunquit

Enjoy a comfortable stay where you can walk to everything. Park your car in our driveway and walk to town shops, beach, restaurants- everything! House has gotten a full refresh for 2023 season. It is nice open concept 2 storey with a lovely screened porch. The living room is comfortable with wifi and television. We have a full kitchen with a large dining space. Plus.... a new patio including an outdoor shower, a barbeque grill, a pleasant private space and a firepit. There's a full bedroom with a queen size bed on the first floor, closeby is a 3/4 bath with a shower. That bath also has a washer and dryer should you need it. Upstairs there's another full bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. These are close to a full bath. We have everything you need to have a great summer visit- all linens and towels, a full kitchen compliment and the small things that will make things go smoothly. September into the fall is one of the best times to be here. Come and enjoy one of the nicest beach towns anywhere.

Summary: Our family of four (two parents with two adult children) had a wonderful stay in this new listing. As other reviews have indicated, the house is very well situated (close to the centre of Ogunquit with all of the restaurants as well as Ogunquit Beach and the Marginal Way) very clean, comfortable, well equipped and the decoration is lovely. The extremely comfortable beds and comforters were very much appreciated by all of us. We also enjoyed the Roku tv which provided an enormous repertoire of channels to choose from and the two sofas were very comfortable for tv viewing. The numerous night lights were great as was the A/C (very efficient and silent). Our sons stayed in the two upstairs bedrooms, so they had their own full bathroom to share while we had a full bathroom across from our bedroom on the main floor - a great setup for us. We had breakfast each morning in the home's well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed watching the birds at the feeders, along with the local wild turkeys that also visited the property. A lot of care has gone into this vacation home and we hope to come stay again.
