Cottage offers small full kitchen and living space with pull-out sleeper sofa and full bathroom. Loft area upstairs offers small deck/balcony with beautiful ocean views, one Queen bed and an additional sleeper sofa. Both sleeper sofas are full size. Both levels offer water views. Steps to your access of beautiful, as well as PRIVATE Moody Beach.
There is a small gas grill as well as some beach chairs, Boogie boards and an umbrella for your use.
