Summary: I was a little nervous reading some of the previous reviews but since we booked late it was really one of the only houses left in PS for the week we were wanting. First let me say the communication with the management office is great! Honestly better than great. Quick replies, kind, intelligent staff and very accommodating. We ran out of propane for the BBQ while we were there and it was replaced within hours! Prior to check-in all my questions were answered fairly quickly and I have no complaints in that department at all. The check out process wasn't overly annoying either. Basically start a load of laundry and dishes and lock up. It always bothers me when I have to clean the entire house, take out trash etc...on top of paying a cleaning fee. Their requests are very reasonable. As far as issues with the appliances and water pressure goes...the only thing I noticed was the water pressure in the kitchen and the guest bathroom were a little bit low but nothing tragic at all, I personally didn't even notice but my husband said something in passing. Master bath and sinks were perfect! All the appliances worked accept the wine fridge, but maybe that was user error. The refrigerator worked just fine so we really didn't need the wine fridge, it would have just been more of a perk if anything. Other than that I think all of the prior issues in previews reviews must have been fixed. The backyard is amazing!! The layout of the house feels open and spacious. All the different doors that lead outside and the private patio off the first room were my favorite. It is well fenced in if you are bringing a dog and I'm not sure if this is intentional but all the cactus plants had rocks round them so our puppy wouldn't run right into the needles. The indoor furniture wasn't the most comfy but was super cute! We spent most our time outside anyways and only sat in the living room to play games at night so it's not like we needed to lounge indoors for long periods of time. All the beds were perfect and there were lots of extra linens. As far as location goes it was very close to everything. The house is in a flight path for the airport which I love but I can see why maybe the noise from the planes could bother others so thought I would mention that. Not a downside for use though. Thanks for a great rental I really can't say enough about this house. We will definitely be back!
