Summary: There were several other guests checking in when we arrived. The front desk staff person was friendly and did her best to get everyone checked in as quick as possible all while answering the phone with a difficult caller in the middle of it all. I believe she could benefit from additional training on the reservation/check in systems. Upon entry to our room we were greeted with an animal urine smell. The hotel was near capacity so we used our own means to make our environment better for our senses and allergies. The breakfast selection was plentiful and very tastey. The breakfast staff was friendly, helpful, and a wonderful human.
