Apartment all renovated in September 2018, with large rooms, 03 bathrooms, excellent showers, all rooms are air-conditioned and ceiling fan, the very large room with 3 main rooms. Full kitchen with appliances (frizeer, coffee maker, filter, refrigerator, blender, stove and other utensils (forks, knives, spoons, glasses, etc ...). It has a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. Laundry room with washing machine, outside area (a small yard) with aluminum clothesline. Garage for 01 vehicle (covered). It is next to the beach (crossed the street and will be in the sand). Located in the center of Caraguatatuba, very close to pharmacies, super markets, bakeries, restaurants from the most sophisticated five star specialized in fish and seafood to the trivial food very well done by sign and shops in general. AND NEM ITEMS OF PERSONAL HYGIENE the apartment is very well located, since it has leisure for all age groups, in front there is a square with playground and gym for the elderly well wooded with craft fair, bike path, at the tip of this beach every day there sale of fresh fish direct from fishermen. In the same beach there is a team of professionals that make the beach inclusive (people with reduced mobility) in the season, Caragua is between Ubatuba and São Sebastião and can stretch out on Ilha Bela, which is paradisiacal. Those who prefer extreme sports in front of the apt have a team that performs jumps from the Santo Antonio hill of paragliding or hang gliding. The cycle path has approximately 15 km all paved, giving access to the beach Martin de Sá to the other end that is Porto Novo, a beautiful walk along the waterfront, since I always do this round trip is 20 km with coconut water. I love Caragua.
