Positive: the staff is awesome very kind, understanding and disponible. After traveling all night and arriving way too early before check-in they moved things around to give us a bed. The bedroom was cleaned daily bed was comfortable and shower pressure was perfect. The location is ideal. walking distance to everything in centro oaxaca. I will come back.
