The house is located in the southwest of the island, in the municipality of Ponta do Sol. Nearby is a small grocery store where you can do some shopping. In Ribeira Brava, which is a 10-minute drive from the property, there are supermarkets and some local shops.
The airport is 40 minutes by car and the city of Funchal is 25 minutes.

If you wish extra cleaning service this can be arranged at an extra, affordable charge. The weekly cleaning and the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables will not be carried out for stays of less than seven nights.
