This two-story residence features three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an attached two-car garage, and stunning views of Pikes Peak and the Frontal Range from the primary bedroom, the living room entrance, and the west-facing windows.
The main level boasts an open floor plan with a spacious kitchen and a walk-out to the back patio. The primary bathroom is a luxurious five-piece suite, complete with a soaking tub, a separate shower, and double sinks.
All necessary kitchen utensils for cooking are provided, and the bathrooms are equipped with shampoos, conditioners, bath products, and more.
