A nearby pool house with 100 m2 and a more distant and next to the river with 180m2.
Pool 9 x 5m, with tables for dining and grill in a large garden with old trees and tropical plants, ideal for those who want quiet and nature. 2 minutes belts 15 Itaipava and 25 of the historical center of Petropolis.
