The master bedroom has a queen bed, an HD Smart TV, your own private entrance to a full bath and sliding doors that open to the private screened in porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the vast variety of birds singing from the woods. The second bedroom has two (2) queen beds, an HD Smart TV, its own private full bath and mini kitchen with microwave, and sink. The rest of your home away from home has a washer and dryer, high speed internet, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, a dining area with seating for 6 and a living room with L-shaped sofa, featuring a 50 inch HD Smart TV. Parking is just a few steps from your front door and the private community pool is just a short walk away. Did we mention NO STAIRS TO CLIMB!!!.

Summary: The reason I rented the condo was my son wedding. However, we did get harassed by a female, young guard. when we came back into the gated community, from Walmart. One bad apple hurts the other's-- They would come up to the car and do what they were hired to do. She did not want to approach the car, just sitting there ignoring us. Causing a huge back-up line. I guess she was too hot to walk 5' to get into the sun. Anyway, there were no signs that directed us to the Riveira bldg (reception bldg). We were lost for about 30 minutes before we finally found it. There was no other family member that could let us know how to go as they did not pay any attention; they were just following the other cars. I think the community needs to have more signage on corners, so one would not get lost. My cousins got lost in 2 separate times- Went back to their hotel and another evening, there were no one at the gate to let them in- I did not get to spend very much time with them. Again, should this be part of the renting the condo? I think so, I think ppl should know that this is not a very organized, gated community as far as lacking in signages and poor communication, if you ask someone that lives there, they don't know the names of the streets they just go.... This is a huge community it is not an easy small, gated area. The condo overall was good for us, plenty of room and for all 5 of us. It would been perfect if we did not have the hassle of gated community.
