Positive: It was a comfortable space for a family of 4. We have 2 teenage boys and they were fine sleeping on the pull out bed. It was nice to have a full kitchen to use. The view from the porch on the back was peaceful. It was a short drive to siesta key beach which was nice. Lots of good places to eat close by.
