We are so fortunate to have NO damage from the hurricane! Located in beautiful Siesta Key, Fl (consistently ranked #1 beach in the US!) in Midnight Cove 1, this bayside condo spoils its occupant with all the amenities and luxuries needed for a relaxing, tropical vacation. Nestled amid lush landscaping in this gated community, our unit is newly remodeled and furnished. This remodel includes Carrier AC/heating unit, new ceiling fan in master, new king mattress January 2023, new front-load washer and dryer, new gourmet Kitchen Aid appliances, custom cabinets, and granite throughout! The exquisite decor of leather couches, Ty Pennington furnishings, luxury bedding provide the level of comfort so deserved during your stay. Kick back and check out one of the hundreds of channels on your hi-def Premium digital cable package and watch TV or a movie on the new 80" SMART HDTV/DVR with Premium Channels HBO, STARZ, CINEMAX, SHOWTIME, SPORTS PACK and STREAMPIX, Comcast's version of Netflix (3 SMART HDTV ) or use your own Streaming service to watch your favorite shows! The TV has voice activated remote! Secure/Private EXTREME HIGHSPEED WiFi is available in the condo with password access, plus a computer/printer is available at the clubhouse, during daytime hours. The condo grounds run from bay to gulf and are loaded with amenities. There are two tennis courts with Pickleball available, two heated pools, covered private parking, gas grills, boat docks, outdoor bathrooms and showers (for rinsing off the beach sand), within this private, gated community.
