Beautiful apartment located in the centre of St. Antoni
Large duplex apartment of 180 m2 with a perfect location, situated in the centre of St. Antoni and only 200 meters from the beach and the promenade. Enjoy the beach, the best restaurants in St. Antoni and all services all in walking distance and so easy to reach there is no need for a car. It is located on the fourth floor of a small apartment complex with lift and communal swimming pool. Distributed on two floors, on the main floor you will find a spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped open plan kitchen, a large double suite with bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom and a room with two bunk beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. There is also a toilet and a laundry room. On the upper floor there is an open plan kitchen with dining area from which you can access the fantastic terrace with a private swimming pool and an area with sun loungers to sunbathe, relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the village. It has air conditioning.
